SHIPPING CHARGES: All Continental USA street addresses are shipped via UPS. and will be invoiced accordingly and insurance is available if requested. Orders for International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, US Properties and USA Post Office Boxes are charged actual costs plus $5.95 Handling Fee. International orders are sent Insured Air Mail, Domestic are shipped Priority Mail with tracking. Please allow 2-3 days extra for processing Postal Orders.
BACKORDERS: We only list current items that are in stock at our store on the web-site. If you have ordered an item and it is no longer in stock we will notify you within 2 working days.
RETURNS, DAMAGED GOODS, MISSING PARTS AND RESTOCKING CHARGE: All returns must have an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number) that is available from our returns department by calling 260-468-2186. The item must be in the original retail packaging and able to be placed on the shelf for resale exactly as you received it. If an item is returned and is found to have been used, the item will be returned to you without a credit and a shipping charge will apply. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to products returned that are non-defective to cover handling charges.
